これまでの取組(Past approaches)
体球网,足球即时比分は、平成18年度に文部科学省科学技術振興調整費「若手研究者の自立的研究環境整備促進」に採択され、全教員の5%、全准教授の13%に当たる22名を5年任期のテニュアトラック教員として採用しました。公募要領には、全員分のテニュアポストを用意することを明記し、いわば自分自身との競争と位置づけた業績評価のみによるテニュア審査を実現しました。テニュアトラック教員に対しては、研究主宰者として活躍できるように自立した研究環境や独自の育成策を整備するとともに、テニュア審査等では、ピアレビューや外部委員を活用した透明性の高い審査を実施しました。その結果、中間審査では4名を、最終審査では15名をテニュア採用しました。
平成20年度以降は、自主財源（大学運営費）によるテニュアトラック制度を導入しています。自主財源によるテニュアトラック制度は、スタートアップ資金を、全学：部局：部門＝1：1：1のマッチング形式で準備する方法を取り入れており、本学の特徴的な取組として高く評価されています。
TUAT adopted the MEXT's Special Coordination Funds for Promoting Science and Technology, "Initiative for the Promotion of Young Scientists' Independent Research" in FY 2006, and employed 22, 5-year tenure-track faculties, which corresponded to 5 % of our whole faculty members and 13% of all the associated professors. In the call for candidates, we stipulated that we prepared the same number of tenure posts as the tenure-track members, and realized the screening of tenure-track faculties based only on their scholarly achievements; so to speak, it was positioned as a challenge to the candidates themselves...
We have consolidated our independent research environment and original training program for the tenure-track faculties to enable them to work as research promoters. We have realized a highly transparent screening process with peer reviews and an external committee to evaluate a tenure- track and so on. As a result, we decided to promote 4 faculties to tenure at the midterm screening, and 15 faculties at the final screening, respectively.
In FY 2008, we introduced the tenure-track system from our voluntary financial resource (university administrative cost) and adopted 5 members additionally as tenure-track faculties in parallel with the MEXT's Special Coordination Funds. In this tenure-track system, we have introduced a method with which to prepare the start-up budget in a matching style to that of the whole university, faculty, and department, in a ratio of 1:1:1. This system has been highly appreciated as a distinctive approach from our university.

体球网,足球即时比分では、テニュアトラック教員の採用、育成、テニュア審査等は各研究院で実施します。テニュアトラック教員の対象職位は、工学研究院は若手の准教授、農学研究院は今後採用する全助教、とすることを決定しており、定年退職教員の後任補充時には、原則としてテニュアトラック教員を採用します。
採用されたテニュアトラック教員は、5年間の任期の中で、スタートアップ資金の配分、独立した研究スペースの配分、メンター教員の配置、各種育成策の実施、教育機会の提供、ライフイベントの際の支援、管理運営業務の負担軽減などの優遇措置を受けて自立した立場で研究を推進できます。本学のテニュアトラック制度では、テニュアトラック教員全員分のテニュアポストを用意しており、個別の教員ごとに純粋な業績評価に基づいたテニュア審査を実現します。採用後3年目に中間評価を実施し、優れた業績を上げていると判断された場合には、この時点でテニュアを先行付与します。5年目にはテニュア審査を実施し、テニュア付与についての最終判断を行います。テニュアが取得できなかった場合には、セーフティネットとして最長1年の継続雇用制度を用意しており、リクルート支援を行います。テニュア審査等においては、外部ピアレビューや外部選考?審査委員など、外部からの視点?評価を活用して選考?審査の透明性?公平性を担保します。
In TUAT, each institute conducts the recruitment, training, and evaluation of a tenure-track faculty.
The post open to become a tenure track faculty has been determined to be a younger associated professor in the Institute of Engineering, and all assistant professors in the Institute of Agriculture, respectively. When a faculty member who reaches the retirement age limit is replaced, a tenure-track faculty member will be adopted as a general rule.
The adopted tenure-track faculties are given preferential treatment including; allocation of start-up budgets and solid research space, arrangement of a mentor faculty, implementation of various training programs, provision of education opportunities, support of their life events, reduction of the administrative task loads, and to propel their research retaining their independent standpoint during their 5-year term. In our tenure-track system, we open up the same number of tenure posts as there are tenure-track members, and conduct the screening of tenure-track faculties based on individual member's scholarly achievements.
The midterm evaluation is conducted after the 3rd year of their adoption, and the faculty will be promoted to the status of tenure in advance in the case that one has made promising or significant research. In the 5th year of their appointment, we execute the evaluation of tenure-track faculty and make the final decision about the promotion to tenure. In the case of an appointee failing to acquire tenure, we prepare the continued employment period for a maximum of 1 year and support his/her recruitment as a safety net.?At the evaluation of a tenure track faculty, we secure the transparency and fairness of the screening and judgment by incorporating the external perspectives and suggestions from the external peer reviews, the external committee, and so on.

運営体制(Operation system)
平成23年4月、テニュアトラック制度を円滑に継続し、学内に定着させるためにテニュアトラック推進機構を設置しました。テニュアトラック推進機構は機構運営委員会によって運営されており、テニュアトラック実施体制の全学的な整備促進、研究院横断的な育成策の検討?実施及びテニュア審査等の異議申し立てへの関与、などを行います。
テニュアトラック教員の採用に当たっては、採用母体である研究院が国際公募を実施し、学内委員、学外委員からなる選考委員会により透明性の高い選考を実施します。テニュアトラック教員として採用された若手研究者は、各研究院において、スタートアップ資金と研究スペースの配分、メンター教員の配置、管理運営業務の負荷軽減、などの優遇措置を受けて研究主宰者として自立した研究を実施します。さらに、テニュアトラック教員は、将来、テニュア教員となって本学の教育を担うことになるため、学部生及び大学院生に対する研究指導及び講義を行います。??
Organization for Promotion of Tenure-track System was established in April 2011 to smoothly continue and settle the tenure-track system within our university. The Governing Board operates the Organization for Promotion of Tenure-track System, in which we execute the promotion and consolidation of the tenure-track operation system involving the whole university, the discussion and operation of the cross-institutional training program, the settlement of adverse claims regarding the tenure-track screening and so on.
At the adoption of the tenure-track faculty, the university announces the invitation of applications internationally, and a Selection Committee comprised of both internal and external committees makes the selection highly transparent. A young researcher adopted as a tenure-track faculty engages in his/her research as an independent research promoter receiving the following preferential treatments; allocation of start-up budgets and research space, arrangement of a mentor faculty, reduction of administrative task loads, and so on. In addition, the tenure-track faculty, who will assume a tenured role in the education of our university in the future, gives research guidance and lectures to undergraduate and graduate students.
